Overview
Assists the accounting team in managing accounts payable, deposits, data entry, filing and other clerical tasks for the different entities that comprise Distrito T-Mobile.
Core Responsibilities
- Review accounts payable invoices and backup for mathematical accuracy and completeness.
- Record invoices in accounting system and allocate expenses to corresponding entity.
- Manage accounts payable invoices approval process.
- Create and maintain vendors’ files with updated merchant registrations, tax id and tax withholding
- documents.
- Issue payments of approved invoices.
- Maintain physical and electronic vendor files up to date.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Maintain deposits files up to date.
- Assist in year end data gathering for informative returns.
- Generate reports and provide financial data as requested.
- Assist in other finance or administrative functions, when required.
Key Credentials and Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum two years of accounts payable experience required.
- Experience with professional services tax withholdings and year end Informative Tax Returns
- preferred.
- Must possess attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
